IL. Continental Executive Jet (CEJ) management signed
convertible debt agreements with Club Royale, Ltd. (“the
Club”) pursuant to which CEJ will provide $2.5 million for
investments in marketing the Club internationally. The majority
of these funds will be used for consumer advertising campaigns,
sales promotion and public relations programs to increase the
membership of Club Royale.
To date, CEJ has provided only private jet travel services to
its members. With the addition of Club Royale’s resources
and wherewithal, a full range of travel services will be added,
which include, but are not limited to, exotic car rentals, yacht
rentals and other accommodations at the world’s finest resorts.
This acquisition is expected create an additional profit center
for CEJ. Management anticipates $4 - $5 million in first-year
revenues above and beyond revenues produced by CEJ alone. Club
Royal management received 1,125,000 warrants to purchase Continental
Executive Jet’s common stock in connection with the aforementioned
financing.
CEJ’s research indicates that there are a growing number
of wealthy individuals and businesses that want the ultimate in
services, surroundings and modes of transportation and are willing
to pay high prices for these luxuries. New members’ decisions
to join will depend upon the Club’s image, reputation and
ability to deliver these luxuries at what would be perceived as
fair prices. They’ll also want to know that they’re
in good company. Combining the resources of both companies will
enhance both endeavors.
The Club will offer exclusive memberships that provide short
and long-term rentals of exotic cars, yachts and private jet service.
Automobile and yacht rentals will be added to Continental Executive
Jet’s menu of services. The club will focus on selling memberships
in geographic hubs, e.g., Southern California, Las Vegas and Palm
Beach, because the logistics of availability for the cars and
yachts are more efficient when centralized.
