We recently signed convertible debt agreements with Club Royale, Ltd. (“the Club”) pursuant to which CEJ will provide $2.5 million for investments in marketing the Club internationally. The majority of these funds will be used for consumer advertising campaigns, sales promotion and public relations programs to increase the membership of Club Royale and CEJ. CEJ has developed an international network in cooperation with SC Aviation, Inc., a division of Swiss Colony. This strategic alliance gives CEJ ready access to an already established fleet. With the additional expertise of SC Aviation and Signature Flight Support, we can offer a program which is the most efficient and value-optimized in the industry.

We’re offering Limited Partnership equity investments in Continental Executive Jet, LLC, a limited liability company, which protects investors against any possible liability. All aircraft and passengers are insured for $100 million when members or their guests fly.

A membership is easily transferable. You may designate anyone you choose to avail themselves to your membership. Consider this a useful incentive for your customers, friends or associates that may need private jet travel.

Memberships have no time limits for using the funds deposited in your membership account. In the unlikely event that you should elect to cancel your membership, a complete refund of the remaining balance in your account will be made promptly.

Memberships are available in three categories: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Minimum opening balances depend on a member’s anticipated travel requirements. A deposit of $75,000 is required for a Bronze Member’s Card; $150,000 for Silver; and, $300,000 for Gold. Your Membership Counselor will suggest the category best suited to your needs.
